The Caddo Child Care & Community Center is a new facility which is to be located just off of I-40 in Hinton, OK. The building consists of classrooms, offices, gym/tornado shelter, and an indoor pool. The site includes elaborate landscaping and high-end playground. The building is a wood-framed structure with various exterior finishes. Sitework is already underway and building construction is scheduled to begin as soon as possible.
The Anadarko Historic Building Restoration project is in preliminary assessment stage. Initial structural assessment and Conceptual Design by Tradesman Studios is in process.
Arrowood has completed demolition and is in preconstruction phase for design-build project on the property.
Fusion centers serve as focal points for the receipt, analysis, gathering and sharing of threat-related information between State, Local, Tribal and Territorial (SLTT), federal and private sector partners.
The Caddo Nation Fusion Center will be a state-of-the-art facility designed to support secure operations, tribal enrollment services, and potentially an energy trading desk and incorporation of advanced renewable energy systems. The approximate size of the building will be 2,400–3,000 square feet. The layout will prioritize security, operational functionality, and sustainability.
Warrior Theater. Arrowood is currently undergoing initial building assements for restoration of the historic theater and protection of historic murals.
It will be home to Arrowood and the Tribe's energy enterprise. It is undergoing painting and minor upgrades.

One of the most significant achievements in Arrowood's young history is the Cummins Road Project, a $3.4 million endeavor that highlights the power of inter-tribal cooperation and effective government to government relations.
